Keep getting kicked to the "Logged out "screen

Hi all
I am new to Mafia
When i try to go into the game, i can see myself in the chat waiting for 15 people to join
I see the count down, the next screen has the time bar at the bottom to load.
Once it loads, i see the list of id's and shortly after,within a sec, i get logged off. Game never loads

Ive played other online games through SC2, no other issues. Mafia will not work..

Anyone seen this happen before and know the fix?
I have an Nvidia i550 card and im on win7 with dxdiag v11.

Please help.
