Lone mayor should trump lone evil killing role

In a case where there is only one town and one evil killing role left the mayor should be given the chance to lynch the evil doer since they get 3 votes. In a recent game I played it came down to the mayor and the SK, but the SK won by default even though the mayor could of lynched him. Please consider making this change as I think it would add an additional fun mechanism for town winning using the mayor.
