In the graveyard Laura laughs about lying. Laura laughs when the gamethrow victim angrily yells at Laura. Tries to lie when Malise asked questions about the gamethrow.

Laura states that she was bussed, or witched. Watching the replay I find no such evidence to this

Due to the fact that the action was malicious in itself, and the accused is having joy at anothers expense. It is obvious that the punishment should be met with a Banlist x2.

It is evident that the warning of first offense of gamethrow is not giving people enough fear to stop ruining games, word spreads around that people only get slaps on the wrist for gamethrowing. The rules should be enforced for individuals who are very obvious at what they are doing, and a probation period be enforced with harsher punishments if probation is broken (history of cheating, griefing).

Writing reports isn't worth it to most people if the effort involved only results to little to zero effect.

After the Review
He wasted 2 town lynches and got 3 town killed. His graveyard chat on day 4 suggests it was intentional. Because these were not confirmed town he was random lynching I will rate this as griefing instead of gamethrowing. This is his first offense but because of his unabashed comments I recommend starting with watchlist over on-hold.

Malise, I understand how you feel about people that ruin the game but we have a set of rules for enforcement. Even if I had classified this as gamethrowing the default judgement for a first time offense is on-hold.

Uhh this is in regards to the juicy troll guild... I am clan leader of juicy and i dont recall this guy being in my guild roster.

I just checked and hes not in the guild roll sheet. I would gladly report this person again even if she/he was in my guild... and that screen shot seems to be my (malise) mafia points?

My bad, I'd seen the juicy tag is several reports so when I saw it in here I must've assumed it belonged to the cheater.
