Ok. here we go. We have nine slots in this game.

Setup

There are 9 slots. One preapproved if s/he posts here within 48 hours.

For everyone else, all signers who sign within 48 hours are automatically in. That is, unless there are too many. Then, all signers (but for the preapproval) within 48 hours will be randomized to see who gets in. This is the fairest way I see to do sign ups.
