There's definitely a Banshee/Arson as KPN will be way too low without them, imo.

11 Townies(Largely vanilla, with probably at least 1 blacksmith and 1 Journalist)
Neutral:
Benign(Amnes,Jest,Exe,)
Evil(Witch,Cult,CJ,Graverobber,Ghost)
Killing(RK, Banshee)
Imo, if there isn't a Thief, there'll be a Graverobber and vice versa. If there's only 1 Investigative, I'm thinking RK, as Banshee can pierce all healing under correct circumstances, which would be disastrous for us. If 2 Investigatives, then probability for Banshee increases, although I still doubt it. Ritual Killer seems more likely, as I think Host would want a longer, more satisfying game than Banshee would allow.
(Quick question for host:
Assume Art Collector kills a Blacksmith whose LW states who he gave stuff to. Janitor cleans Blacksmith's role and LW. Tailor dresses Blacksmith as Vigilante. Are we notified that the Smith's LW is missing in this scenario? Are we notified of LW missing if Janitor cleans and there is no Tailor? )
