Role idea: Fat Bob

I recognized that I stopped suggesting new roles. Since there's no space for new roles left it doesn't make much sense posting this one.
Anyways:

Role name: Fat Bob
Description: Fat Bob lives in his prison. He will never leave it. All other prisoners are afraid of him.
Alignment: Neutral

Abilities:
Choose one person each night. If the person is jailed, you will be able to read the jail chat.
After the jailor left, you will drop the prison soap. You will be invulnerable this night. Your target won't be able to perform any action next night.

Win Condition: Survive till the end.

Host Options:
- Soap scarcity: Limited soap usage.
- Wet floor: The jailor won't be able to jail next night.
- Strength: Kill your target.

Pros: Fat Bob will make games with jailors more interesting.
Cons: Fat Bob is able to change the sides very fast.

What do you guys think? Maybe he could be used when Blizzard finally listens to the petition.

You have to select the same target as the Jailor?

Even if you're lucky enough, what does that even get you? It's not like Jailors reveal who they are to people they're executing.

I'm not being sarcastic. If there is a jailor, most people will agree on the target to jail. As a random neutral, Fat Bob would be stronger, but I can see them stopping this behaviour if they see a Fat Bob in neutral roles.
