corrupt journal has eliminate town but it can be classififed as evil neutral, that means ONE of them has to live to the end, if cj wins alone its unfiar for any other role that would have to see it.

by that saying if they kill each other, NO ONE WINS becasue one of them needs to be alive to see the faction lose
