isn't there a tiebreaker if 1 vs 1 in this game?

also let's analyze that 1 maf 1 savage 2 town situation

supposing i am one of the killers and assuming there is no tie breaker. i can either attack town or the other scum faction
if i attack a townie:
-----if the other attacks the remaining townie: 1 vs 1, noone wins
-----if the other scum attacks me: i lost, other scum wins
-----if the other scum attacks the same townie: 1vs1vs1 => no lynch and scum will attack each other, town wins

as you can see none of these endings are good for me
if i attack the other scum:
-----if he attacks me too: i lose, town wins
-----if he attacks town: i win

here i can see a chance to win if the other scum is not smart. so i will choose that. this is what both scums will do if they're smart so they will just kill each other. unless they're so smart to see they cannot win if noone fails and agree on making nobody win. so i was wrong, the escort block is maybe not even required.

I would have liked if it's 1v1v1 (SGF dead), I taunted Savage and Mafia saying that they sucked and I'm going to solo win, they raged and lynched me before shooting each other. I still win.

But going at this rate I say town is winning.

seems a little unfair that the neutral evils have the same win condition AND have to live to end while the corrupt journals dont have to, also they techncaly didnt eliminate the town, the maifa and savages did XD

really i think if it goes to 1v1 (cult vs mafia) type scnario we get to vote which side wins instead of them killing each other, every game has always ended in 1v1 ties or one person left. it seems unfair that they both end up killing each other and lose

You pretty screwed up your chance of winning by aiding town in lynching scum. You do not even have to be alive to win, so getting your self lynched would not have been a bad thing.

I already knew something was coming the day I received soma. Knew that it is likely fake. But I intend to stay alive for the fun.

But you specified in the evil neutral win condition that they must survive. How can you say that it's fair for you to specify it in one win condition but then say that it's implied for another? Did I miss a post where you stated that the theme of this game is inconsistency?

If you need further proof that I'm right, look at my blackmails. I had to word them in a very specific way in order to close loopholes, right? I don't see why this should be any different. You didn't specify that town, mafia, savages, or corrupt journalists had to survive to win OR that their wins were mutually exclusive, so now they will ALL fulfill their win condition and, as such, should win.
