(took me 40 minutes to make this post lol)

Confirmed Cheaters (Party #1):

Nero (In-game as THE ASSRAPE BANDIT but disguises to THE ELDER TROLLS) He was Disguiser [3041 points]
DrkVigilante (In-game as Ugo) He was investigator [2717 Points]

Possible other cheaters (Party #2):

Pandemic (in-game as MiddleofCalibrations) He was doctor [705 points]
Balthasaar (in-game as Dragonnite) He was Sheriff [14 points]
Mailevelant (in-game as Cereal Rapist) He was Framer [1453 points]

I am Alpr (in-game as Cole Phelps) I was escort. Replay is attached, I'll give the bookmarks to look for shortly.

Firstly, a brief summary of the game: SK dies first night to a lucky jailor. Soon after, Ugo says a person has knives and try to lynch him. He's innocent and then killed the next night because of that. Yata yata a few more ppl die to lynch/night deaths, then Ugo says another person as knives so everyone is mad at Ugo at this point because he's naming the role people are. Again, doc dies at night. Mafia wins at the end of the game with Ugo dying last.

At first look, it seems Ugo is just simply a moron. It wasn't until the end of the game that I suspected foul play. Ugo is DrkVigilante, he has 2700 points. There was no conceivable way you can be that stupid with so many points. I look at the replay and guess what? I expected to find just 2 cheaters, but I ended up finding possibly FIVE.

Now I'll list the time codes for each person where they are suspicious. I'll start with the two skypers I can absolutely confirm.

Nero (in-game as THE ELDER TROLLS after disguising):

5:30 - Tells framer to frame someone else because he is framing Ugo.
17:00 - He says to kill me, as I am escort. If you switch to Ugo's point of view to the previous night, Ugo checked me.
19:50 - he says to kill crack, as he is Jester. If you switch to Ugo's point of view of the previous night, Ugo checked him.
19:55 - He admits to skyping with Ugo. The godfather tries to ask how many are skyping (possible to report?) but doesn't get an answer.

DrkVigiliante (in-game as Ugo):

4:50 - Checks Dark Vader that night, it TELLS him he is Veteran, then accuses him as Framer during the next day. Mafia kills him the next night.
6:00 - Checks Elder Trolls that night, but switches to Umberto instead (assuming Nero told him he was mafia), says doctor. He then calls out him completely in the day. Sk already dead, crack was jester, and town got mad. Mafia killed Umberto the following night.
9:20 - Checks Keekatzer, says he is invest. During the day, Ugo says he is consig. He barely doesn't get lynched, but mafia kills them during the night like always.
12:15 - Checks MiddleofCalibrations, says doctor. Unlike Umberto where he said he just had knives, he flat out says he is doctor and is clean. Guess what? Middle dies during the night.
14:10 - Checks me, but doesn't say anything during the day, but if you already checked Nero from above, you'll see the following night he says I am escort so I am killed during the night.
17:30 - Checks crack, confirms him as Jester (although it was pretty obvious). Mafia kill him next, then finally lynch Ugo.

Now for the other party of cheaters, Pandemic (MiddleofCalibrations), Balthasaar(Dragonite), Mailevelant(Cereal Rapist). While they are still cheating, it seemed to me they only knew eachothers role and tried to play the game...mostly...clean.

Pandemic(MiddleofCalibrations):

Every night he healed his friend, Dragonite. Healed no one else. Dragonite did not reveal himself as sheriff until around 9:30ish. Did not heal Umberto even when it was easily proven he was a doctor.

Furthermore, he was the host that set up the game. He had the investigator role set to know the EXACT ROLE. I know this doesn't prove much but I have never seen anyone have that option on for invest, as it makes it too OP.

Balthasaar (Dragonite):

4:10 - Last will says "pandemic is innocent" while it proves nothing in-game, it 100% proves they are friends.
16:25 - Says ELDER TROLLS is disguiser and Yoda is Godfather. He cannot know this as sheriff. This proves Mailevelant telling him who they are.

other than that, he seemed to be playing the game without cheating.

Mailevelant (Cereal Rapist):

11:30 - Says Dragonite is his buddy
13:30 - GF goes to kill MiddleofCalibrations, he says middle is on their side.

That's all the evidence I have found in the replay.

I also have a question for being an escort. I was the escort, as I said, and the settings were for it to tell me If my Role-Block FAILS. Now, I blocked Yoda at 11:40 during the night, and it did NOT tell me my role-block failed, as GF cannot be role-blocked. Why did it not tell me?

Edit: I'm not sure I can continue to play Mafia anymore tbh. Every game there seems to be a cheater now. if I report them all, I'd be posting here instead of playing the game lol. Anyways, the game RIGHT after the above....more cheaters.

1 Confirmed skyper, and two others is sort of hard to prove.

RICHARDCWC (in-game as Monster Cork) [1285 points]
BungHead (in-game as greasy buttocks) [35 points]
Skullydirt (in-game as A Rapist but he was killed by disguiser so he is now Master Baiting) [1234 points]

12:20 - From RICHARDCWC's view, you see master baitings say I am mafia. Possible Skype Partner
14:00 - From Bunghead's view, says I am mafia (when he is veteran) during the day. Soon after, he admits to skyping with his friend. For once, I see the cheater actually being LYNCHED for saying he was skyping. I couldn't believe it, that was a first.
14:25 - From RICHARDCWC's view again, you see Richard saying who are mafia and telling Skullydirt to relay that information to Bunghead. That leads me to believe Richard is NOT skyping, but just being a douche.

Summary - Bunghead is 100% cheater, Richards just seems like a douche, and Skulldirt appears to be the skype friend.
