It been a few weeks since we captured Bunny and Noctiz and executed them. This town seemed to calmed down. Some people moved out in paranoid, and some new people moved in. As the president of the United States, I am gladly to award this town for their bravery and have to suffer through crazy people who want to kill everyone in this town. Now they can calm down and lower their guards because nothing will happens to them now.

Setups should be balanced around role claiming. Which it is kind of, we don't really know what's there.

Hello, I am an important town power role and I'm requesting a Doctor on me tonight.

An Escort in this setup? The only use of an Escort is to roleblock someone and be attacked, but we'll never know if he was attacked or if he RB'd an SK.
For the rest up the setup, I think that there are 2 Citizens in it. No one really stand out yet.

Claiming roles will tie up Doctors and allow the SKs to organize. Then, we just lynch all the Citizen claimers and that will take up to 3 nights. By then, I feel we will have lost too many to pull off a successful lynch. Also, we have no clue what the Hidden Neutral is. If we have a Witch, it's going suck now that the Escort is outted.
So, I think we should keep everyone's identity kept hidden, at least until tomorrow. A little mystery is good for us.

you should be able to deduce peoples roles based off of things other than them claiming.

Also it seems like aside from blocking a neutral evil, the escort can really only hurt the town.

Role calling would give us a chance to lynch one Serial Killer Day 1. Only one kill will be applied then and the Doctor will be able to heal that. But two kills will be overwhelming with that Neutral.

Sorry, but I'm not good with coming up with questions; I would need to be creative to do that.

I would assume two doctors because two SKs. Neutral is probably Survivor or Executioner if you had to ask me but who knows.
I would expect two or three citizens.
Escort may be possible, I wouldn't find it unlikely.

Don't you think a Survivor would have claimed already? I think it's anything but a Survivor. I am leaning more towards an Executioner, but it could just as easily be Jester or Witch.
