*choice* is what matters here. its the marshalls choice to reveal day 1 and auto confirm himself.
if the marshall wants to blow his only use for some protection and auto confirmation that's his view as whats more important.

I personally hate vigs having so much bullets, they usually just kill random towns. I usually give them either one or two bullets so they have to save their bullet until they can shoot comfirmed mafia, or be an idiot and random shoot and waste your only bullet on night 2
I'd recommend setting it so marshal cant reveal till day 3. With a message something like. "You must wait two days for warrants and execution papers from your superiors."

Because Marshall is really just an OP one shoted mayor that doesn;t have multiple votes. Its only as good as the player behind him.
To me, removing marshall ability to reveal day 1 makes more sense than not letting vig shot n1.
But alot of the time its not a bad player its just someone deliberately trolling with the role.
I like that he can't reveal d1. Also, make it so the Marshall can't be lynched on days he reveals.![]()
