Forgotten Password Retrieval

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post about this. I registered on the forum about 2 years ago under another account. Recently I started playing SC2Mafia again and, of course, wanted to come back to the forum. Unfortunately, I forgot my password. I tried the forgotten password retrieval several times for the past few weeks, but I never received any password. Can anyone help?

If you want, an administrator can manually set a password for you. I believe most email systems are down at the moment.
