The last words of Caesar. On the day he was murdered by a group of senators he apparently spotted Brutus, his good friend, and said "Even you, Brutus?" because he was surprised to be betrayed by a friend. Or something like that atleast.
Well it more likely means something like:
"And you as well..."
But more or less what NoctiZ said
She never said no wikipedia!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_tu,_Brute%3F
How will she know if you googled?
Literally translated to "And you, Brutus?"

Spoiler : Orpz FM History :
*discussing a quote by caesar* hmm what language is this?...
"but brutus says he was ambitious, and brutus is a noble man"
...anyone else take honors english?
This is like 5th grade education crap, maybe not nowadays, but if I recall it is, "And you Brutus?" Brutus betrayed him a shivved Caesar along with like 10 other Senators.
it means "you too, brutus?"
caesar had been warned that he would be attacked on the ides of march. he wasnt surprised by the treachery of the senators, only the treachery of brutus, who was his best friend and trusted general.
OK GUYS I KNOW WHAT THE QUOTE MEAN AND I KNOW HOW THE STORY GOES BEFORE I KNEW WHAT THE QUOTE MEANT
NO NEED TO SAY WHAT THE QUOTE MEAN 50 TIMES WHEN SOMEBODY ALREADY SAID IT.
yup, marc antony, future husband of cleopatra, said this. cassius convinced brutus that the assassination was in the best interest of rome, and after brutus tried to convince the romans that caesar had to go, marc antony delivered his "friends, romans, countrymen, lend me your ears" speech
i had to write a 5 page essay dissecting the use of rhetoric in this speech
Spam.
