Has the ability to either investigate, role block or both (but not on the same night)

Host has the ability to set it up with both abilities or one

Wins with either Mafia or Town

This doesn't really fill any missing niches in the game right now which is what Neutral roles kinda do, and there are quite a number of neutral roles already.

I just cant see how a Neutral investiescort would add to the dynamic or be fun to play, as the strength of those classes is in numbers.

And a Class that wins with both major sides also just sounds like a point farm to me. He finds the SK and he pretty much wins.
