According to the "Members who have read this thread", everyone has at least viewed the setup... No guaranties on them reading it or understanding it. I know I studied it but thats just me ... not to mention I have to search high and low for any previous rulings from the original hosts on questions that keep coming back up.

Town has to assume the mafia asks these things in their night chat. At least if it's asked during the day, the town is also aware and won't have to act on false assumptions.
