I was referring to this thread, which I think your Ban-list would assume action by next update? Mods, If I am wrong, correct me.

Everyone who knows how the game works, knows that the game doesn't award a Loss if you leave a game.

Leaving a game is not a crime.

I play roulette whenever I die, and if I can't win I leave. Nothing wrong with that + I keep my roulette win/loss. I would probably have 800 games played if I didn't, but that doesn't matter.

    This is not a crime.
This is a jealous kid who "guesses" that I hack because he can't understand how the game functions.

I'm probably the most helpful and honest player you'll ever meet. I report cheaters and I slowly but painfully earner every single point and win I got.

I am just saying that if Raptor says you evaded another ban-list, you should be on it.

Evade another ban list? What does that mean?

EDIT: I read the link you posted and responded. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Someone took a screenshot of the Help Menu, of me having no losses, and claimed that I was a hacker lol.
This has already been discussed a long time ago. It's how the game works if you leave, and I just though it was funny to do that, leave games when I lost (though I still get to keep roulette points).

This has absolutely nothing to do with violating the rules or hacking, and offends nobody but angry kids. Everyone with a brain knows that.

...imagine if admins obeyed the kids...But I think they know how to deal with this type of reports...

It means you saw that you got ban-list on your apparently "other" Bnet account and bought a cheap new account to play with.

My littlebrother got point reset (NOT suspended or perma banned), because someone claimed he had achievements that where "impossible" to get. He had no points or wins cheated, and did not have hard to get achievements like Jester win (I saw the report and talked with him). It was basically the weakest possible point reset you can possibly imagine. I don't care about what he did, that's not me and shouldn't affect me (from my POW). I never bough SC2, I play on his account and he plays WoW (we can play at the same time).

If he got point reset, can't he just continue to play again from scratch??

Now, how on earth can a point reset on him, turn into a Perma ban on me, regardless of me never having done anything???

I have great games online, and we are having lots of fun.

How on earth can I play, without violating anything, yet still get PERMA banned, because some kid can't understand the game and complains that I left games after I end in the graveyard? That's sick.

I hope that Raptor guy you talk about could clarify his actions.

As for impossible achievements, yeah there's a couple that are impossible to get without us physically giving them to you.
Yes, I get it and understand.

I wrote here because I was confused when someone said he expected me to get banned. That got me upset.

I would like to avoid anyone who dislike the way I play, to see this as an opportunity to ban me, just to appeal me again afterwards, with the intention to remove/reset the wins I worked hard to get, regardless of me getting my points back.

I'm sure most people here have played way more or at least as much as me (260+ wins, don't know games total), and know how long it takes........

If I'm reset now, what should prevent some angry mob of kids from getting jealous again, and convince someone to reset me once more in the future?

This whole thing got me so freaked out I stopped playing Roulette, just out of fear that some twisted kid would somehow be able to set me up, in I don't know what way.
I have had players try to set me up for gamethrow before...getting paranoid.

I never bought SC2, I got it (or is borrowing it), and I don't intent to pay for a new game to play Mafia, if you block me. If the sole purpose of this is to try to squeeze me out, then you can do so in a heartbeat, and I can do nothing about it.
