    [Ability] Vigilante Panic

    The Vigilante Panic is an ability for the Vigilante that allows him to kill during the day as a final resort right before his death, under the correct conditions.

    When the Vigilante has been voted to be executed, the Vigilante can pull out an armed weapon, assuming he has any shots left. When unveiled, the Vigilante gets 30 seconds to speak, bypassing all blackmail set on him. Once his 30 seconds are up, the Vigilante will shoot his target. However, if the Vigilante has no target, he will instead, kill himself in the middle of court. If the Vigilante has shot and killed someone, he will be gunned down by marines or sniped by a sniper.

    The point of Vigilante Panic is to ensure that a revealed Vigilante can make one final impact against the Mafia and the evil terrorizing the town. By nature, the Vigilante will die almost immediately after revealing himself, usually at night. This buff gives the Vigilante a final stand against the Mafia before dying or getting executed, possibly by the manipulation and lies of the Mafia or by asking to be voted guilty.

    Of course, this would have to be an option and by default, should be off.

    You seem to be making a compromise between the standard Vigilante in SCII and the Vigilante prevalent in Forum Mafia (whom gets a single day-shot; just ask poor Carson in FMVII, or me who forgot the Vig even got a day-shot which started me down a road of doom and despair :P).

    I think I'm going to have to echo more of the negativity in these forums but realise I do so constructively and with friendliness. Your suggestion is based in sound reasoning, but the current Vigilante is perfectly fine for the SCII Mafia environment. Consider the Vigilante the 'basic' Town killing role - he is like the traditional Mafioso. Getting to kill at night is detrimental enough to Towns in pubs. The Town's primary way to kill Mafia/Neutrals should always be in lynching. Giving a Vigilante a limited amount of night-time kills is already a huge concession.

    Basically the pool of players in a SCII Maf game is small enough as it is.

    Sounds like a good way for more Townies to die, especially with a spiteful Vigilante.

    I agree. And for that I want this. So very much. It'd make people fairly careful about who they random lynched. TWILIGHT SPARKLE IS MAFIA! o rly? Vig shot. Mafioso dies. Oh, carry on.

    Now I think donors should have that ability for when they get lynched because some poor bastard named: "DONORS ARE FAGS" claimed sheriff and lynched the donor.

    It would be easily abusable, but also easily reportable.

    This is why I troll the hell out of anyone named like that. Even if I die they tend to go with me.

    I like this sugestion like an opcion. This will eliminate of the game the invs "HE HAVE WEAPONS, SO HE HAVE TO BE MAFIOSOOOOOO!!!" and the randomers.

    Think this. There's a random killer vigi. This option will make him save a shoot if he wants to have a last chance, so its a random less. And if he attacks someone when he's being executed, the target will be probably the man who acussed him. If he's a town randomer, is good like if the victim was mafia.
