Is there a possibility to get my points back (new PC)?

Hi there,

I've got a new PC and after I jumped into a Mafia game I noticed that my
Points have been resetted. I had a very big amount of Points on my old PC
and I've heard that there would be a possibility to get your account back.
I'm still able to get any local character-code or whatever you need from my old device.
