Tower of the Black Sun

By abusing the environmental functions of one of the mods in Tech It Up, I've constructed a tower filled with mobs which has several negative affects on the environment.

1. Significantly more common (and more dangerous) storms.
2. More mobs
3. Constantly drains Aura from nearby areas. (only matters if you use thaumcraft)

The tower is filled with mobs of various types, and is locked.

In the forest surrounding it, you'll find a chest containing the key to the door hidden.

Successfully make it up the tower and you'll receive approximately 90% of the research available to thaumcraft via one use "discovery" scrolls contained in a chest near the top, not to mention loot from the mobs and any valuable materials you may find while deconstructing the altar at the top.

First world dungeon, probably sloppily made. I plan to make more challenges in the future if players show interest. Let me know your thoughts.

I discovered this tower. Considered breaking in and taking the loot inside. Decided it wouldn't be fair to the other players.

is the top enclosed? might as well just make a dirt ladder if not lol

He can (and probably did) worldguard it to prevent you from placing or breaking blocks.

There's also a shitton of mobs, some of which fly. Your dirt tower would be ineffective and probably fatal.

Edit: Apparently lys destroyed the key on accident, I'll remake it and probably add a mini dungeon.
