Opening notes:
These two are adjacent on the players list.
Secondly, after going through the replay quickly. It has become apparent that three people are cheating. I guess I'll summarise the game.
Day One
Nothing of interest, some random guy claims he has a boner.

Night One
TheBigSmooth asks the godfather to kill Jars of my sons cum. Coincidentally, he is a veteran and is TwoShoes who is a known skyping companion.
DeadSheep investigates Othello and is blackmailed.

Day Two
Deadsheep found the blackmailer the night before, repeatedly spams vote Othello, he is lynched and is revealed as the blackmailer.

Night Two
Nothing of particular interest.

Day Three
Female stump claims he is vig and asks for role, he is immediately voted to trial by Jars of my sons cum(TwoShoes), Ercole the Depreaved(DeadSheep) and Notepad Sandy Bridge.
Jars of my sons cum claims vig in a trolly fashion despite being the veteran.
The TwoShoes and TheBigSmooth immediately vote guilty. TwoShoes continues to troll.

Night Three
TwoShoes goes on alert and suicides.
10 claims 2 is the mafia, claiming he roleblocked him. 2 and 10 vote each other. 5 votes 10 after a few seconds.
After the defense 5 says "habla".

Conclusion:
Far too many coincidences, coupled with their history I have no doubt they worked together to ruin this game.
They voted together.
TheBigSmooth manages to not target a single person in their party.
DeadSheep doesn't investigate anyone for the last few nights for some reason.
Veteran suicides for no apparent reason.

Game Result
Town should've won the game, but they didn't mainly because of these three.
