Not being in the database doesn't necessarily mean anything about the actually person, which is why I don't like the use of the word because it suggests we have records of everyone but that is not the case, nor is it a full record of people either.

I have a new pc and I copied my old bank files over but they do not work anymore, i have 0 points in sc2 mafia and i had tons b4, i was able to make colored names and such, pick my way to die etc.
