Slaol is pretty clearly not an MVP. Slaol has taken part in 2 large FMs, 3 M-FMs, 4 S-FMs.
His record is
FMs 2/2
M-FMs 1/3
S-FMs 1/4
That is a winning ratio of 4/9 or .4444444...%
That is by no margin a winning ratio.
In FM XV he was borderline MVP, but only due to technicalities, and thanks to proper teammates around him, and a self imploding scum alignment. Nazzhoul the Jester played the best all around game. Not MVP.
In M-FM 2 Blazer's Experiment he was incredible with night actions, finding the Witch on night 1, confirming himself and others over 2 more nights, then confirming the identity of the final Zombie on the next. If it were not for a faulty Bodyguard he would have killed the Zombie with the Bodyguard and been alive for the final route of the scum. It was a solid game, but Town was stacked with Veterans, and Slaol was led by the dominant CmG. Not MVP.
In M-FM 2 something, Fragos' crap thingy he had to resign early due to a death in the family. However, in his short time in the game he managed to role play and give himself away pretty clearly. Not MVP.
In S-FM 1 Damus_Graves' nightmares Slaol was easily the best Town player... but that was not a compliment. Town was atrocious, and disregarded plenty of clear signs on route to their squeaky victory. The rightful MVP was RLVG for bypassing accusations and actualy getting kills. Not MVP.
In S-FM 2 Espozito's Prison Break Slaol didn't give a crap and lurked. Mechanics were cool, but the game lost a lot of interest and was a lurk fest as the married couple skyped to another victory. Not MVP.
In S-FM 3 Creedkingsx's Second Chance Slaol was probably the best scum, being the last mafia lynched and the like, but due to being distracted by FM XVI he didn't pay the attention he should and thus fell into playing differently as scum than he does as Town. Not MVP.
In FM XVI Slaol was one of the final 3 and was the vocal voice that kept the Witch from walking over the town with the, oh so mighty, Fragos behind her. However, his overall play and trolling HARD for 70% of the game and shoot on Fatalis negated his shockingly accurate reads and late game game winning shot. Auckmid took Town MVP, but the Town was a disgusting trash of miscoordination and anger. Damus as Agahnim was probably the best player for Town. Not MVP.
In S-FM 4 Clementine's Marchmellow Mafia Slaol was by a wide margin the most important person. Each lynch he suggested was followed by the town and we acted as a revealed mayor from basically the moment the game started. Lynching RLVG who had a solid plan, shooting Fatalis who looked scummy, lynching CmG; becasue Slaol > CmG, then lynching TDL for the Town win. Wait, no, not a win. Glip was the Mafia and Slaol had made the wrong decision and lost it for Town. Glip voted Slaol as MVP for being the most controlling player, but nah fool. NOT MVP.
In M-FM 3 Cryptonic' Jesters Slaol did win Scum MVP, and clearly rightfully so. The only 'scum slip' he made was a sarcastic remark to poke fun at newbsaurs. Then he resigned from the game like a champ to not waste people's time since his loss was assured. However, the most key player for the game was Gerik. His night 2 shot on the most powerful Jester and last will that FoS'd 2 of the other 3 Jesters was incredible. Bunny took Pro-Jesters MVP for her late game actions, but the ripple effect from Gerik's shot on the strongest enemy would have been huge. Luckily, Fatalis ate ?2? bullets that game. Gerik MVP.
While Slaol has had noteable, memorable, and entertaining games in 5 of his 9 games, he has yet to win an overall MVP.
