how does this mechanic works?
who replaces the GF if there are for example, framer and consort? or anything else?

if "becomes mafioso is off" for consort for example, what happens?

The godfather isn't replaced unless the option is turned on for the consigliere. No other role can replace the godfather. I believe one of them is randomly chosen to become mafioso, and if the option is turned off for the consigliere then the framer would be forced into becoming a mafioso.

It's random unless becoming mafioso is turned off which influences the result.

If godfather dies and all the roles have, "Becomes mafioso if alone: off" then mafia can't kill.
