Not over revealing as investigator?

Hey, so sometimes i play investigator,
sometimes i find a sherif (if no exe possible), or jailor (no mafioso), and i dont really wanna out them saying 8 vigi/jailor/mafioso
the mafia will target the jailor and kill him.

so sometimes i use 8 100% town, but its not informative enough..

what do u use as invest?

I do the same thing and I think that's the right way to do it.
It might not be informative for town, but It's also not informative for mafia either.

Also try this: if you find a sheriff/exe type "8 not evil" even if exe is in game. This makes town know that 8 is not worth lynching or accusing.

I would say I'm a sheriff instead of an investigator - if I'm outed that there's no sheriff, I'll wifom a neutral benign supporting town to not get killed / jester to not get lynched, when the time are required I'll reveal the roles.

Of course, when an important town role are about to get lynched, I'll reveal myself and support the victim.



Sadly, you can't do much with pubs.

Well, if you're in a public game, the town wont read your last will anyways.... So don't bother with one.

yep, just finished a game with an obvious 2 mafia guys,
town didnt read my LW and lost.

also, vigi shot the jailor (randomed) and survivor.
