According to this Nostradamus quote: "From the calm morning, the end will come, when of the dancing horse, the number of circles will be nine."
There being 9 zeros (circles) in 1 billion views, and of course, Gangnam Style being a dance based on riding a horse.
Also apparently Korea's nickname is "The Land of the Morning Calm"
