Dual OS

Do you have a Dual OS on your machine? A dual OS is when you have two operating systems on your computer. Usually Mac/Windows or Windows/Linux or Linux/Windows. There are advantages to having certain OSes and there is a great advantage of have the option of two Operating System on your hard drive for example if you get a virus on one you could always boot up your other OS and remove the virus that way. Another advantage is control you get more control over you machine that way.


I personally use a Windows/Linux boot partition. I find Linux to be the better of the two OSes but dam if only games would come to Linux. That is what I primarily use Windows for.

I use windows 8 because I like the new design, but windows 7 for the games temporarily as not every game is supported yet
I used to have Ubuntu, but I don't like how complicated it is for application usage
