I was not aware that Kobra is a donor.
I from the replay alone I cannot confirm that his intention was to game-throw, nor was it to troll. He seemed legitimate to me.
I cannot take into account evidence such as chat after the game, as it cannot be verified unlike a replay can be.
Even if he was attempting to game-throw, he would not be punished as it's his first offense; additionally the report also stands as evidence for any future reports of Kobra breaking the rules, allowing us to give him a harsher punishment.
Until that new report comes I would not recommend any punishment for Kobra.
