Executioner Target

I suggest that if the executioner's target dies the first night (which for some reason happens to me a lot), the executioner should receive a new target so that he actually gets to play his role during the day, instead of becoming a jester right away. But only change the target if the first one dies the first night, because that's the only night the executioner has no hand in.
