This documentary is going to be getting some more attention in the media soon, I bet, and it's quite informative. But the crazy part is that NYPD cops have a "quota" of "stop and frisks" to do, or the punishment is being posted to areas that are high-risk or have a high crime incidence rate. So even the cops with a good heart have to stop a black guy just for walking. Stupid pigs.
