My Facts were correct. The final vote was 220 dems yay, 33 dems nay and 178 repubs nay. Not a single republican vote in favor of it. Thankfully, the dems lost 60+ seats in the house in the next election and therefore losing the majority. This put a stop to them being in control of the house, senate AND white house. Pelosi said "we have to pass the bill to know whats in it". I dont think a single person who voted for it read this piece of legislation in its entirety. What fact did I state needs checked in your opinion??

First off free health care is essential in times of financial crisis. We are in one of the worst US based financial crisis's since being established as a country... with that in mind, the free health care situation makes complete sense and the basis behind passing such a bill makes even more sense. I don't care if I have to pay more in taxes (which I do not.)

I can't vote. I'm not American, though I was in America yesterday. I set up a P.O. box so I can ship American gold to it then export it without reporting it. So I don't have to pay massive export taxes and boost my local profit by taking from the American market that is. Then I sell it to foreign buyers, and again not paying taxes because its American gold not Canadian, I can move it without taxes to a foreign bank (like Australia or China) or sell it back to an another American bank/holding with my time and effort added to the cost.
