The veggie burgers smell amazing but imo tastes rather vile. My mother eats the stuff because she is obsessively cutting fat from her diet, so I've tried most of it at one point or another.

When it comes to burgers, it's REALLY finicky.
I don't like the tofurkey brand, but there is another brand, Monies, from Costo. They.are.so.good.

Men should not eat a lot of soy. Also, Zinc and Cholesterol are needed for Testosterone production, which are found primarily in meat.

Yea, fats are only considered bad for weight loss because they are the most calorie dense.
However, spikes in insulin caused by carbohydrates is what causes the body to store fat.
Also, lean muscle causes your body to burn more calories at rest, so it's good to add weights to a workout routine, as most women only do cardio.
