I'm pretty curious. My guess would be that 80% of people in the U.S wear socks.
I'm guessing that many Asians don't wear socks.

I always wear socks, get mad without them... Of course I remove them before shower.

I might get an OCD-Seizure if I can't find matching socks, however.



As for sandals, I'd like to walk around with them at home - since going around inside with boots might dirthy the home.
Extra warmth and there's a solid comfort to walk with you.

For years, humans didn't wear any clothing and communicated entirely through grunts and body language. So like they were having sex, without necessarily having it.

I prefer socks, they provide warmth and a light cushion for your skin, without any downsides other than perhaps not being able to afford them - which most people can.
