resetting HD, keep points?

Hi all

Tonight I plan to wipe my hard drive and give my computer a fresh reinstall of a new operating system (it's 5 years old and I wanna milk out at least another year of this computer). Is there anyway I can save my points log and transfer it over to the new hard drive? I saw something on this topic awhile ago but I had a hard time searching for the answer.

Upload the file somewhere online. Download when finished.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Are there certain files I need to keep? Or is it just the entire Starcraft II file in My Documents?
