Role Name: Insider

Description: You are a member of the Mafia who specialises in infiltration.

Alignment: Mafia - Deception

Actions: At night, by using the 'Infiltrate' command on another player, you are able to steal the Identity, but not the abilities of that player. If you die or get lynched the following day, your role will be revealed to everyone as your target's role.

Benefits: Confuses the town into thinking that they've lynched, or had the wrong role killed. Could also confuse the town into thinking a number of mafia members are still alive.

Switches:
Becomes Mafioso if alone = ON / OFF
Can target Mafia = ON / OFF

Role Mechanics: If the Insider does not use his 'Infiltrate' command, his role will be revealed as Insider if he dies.

Yup. Actress. It is certainly a good role in FM. Not sure how it will be in sc2 though....i'm not sure pubs can handle it.

Good point Slaol. Didn't think of that as I was a bit tired last night.
My thoughts would suggest no. Role upon death changes, but not his investigative details.

Oh yeah I'd just like to add that if this role (actress) does come out, then the makers should seriously consider changing the role's name, lol.

No it doesn't. You must not be reading it properly. This role suggestion hasn't got the ability to kill unless he's alone and becomes Mafioso.

As much as grave manipulation is cool, there is a Mafia grave manipulator already. Janitor is 1+ confusing grave answers. This is 1, and while seeing "Sheriff" would be more confusing and disruptive than the "???"s, I don't think it is good to add different versions of what the teams have.
