Remove Sub-forum

Remove the mafia league sub-forum.

I haven't heard any talk of starting it up again and from what i see, EU isn't keeping their league active either.

Elixir disapeared, Yayap was demoted, Ambient is ambient, Dark rev doesn't do shit except post random threads every few months, and oops is oops.
