Stuck Loading Screen

Well it happened fairly often since patch 1.3

After 1 or 2 game, once the game start loading i apear to be stuck at loading screen either no progress at all or at 1/3 loading then nothing happen (waited 10 min)

I wonder if there is some kind of cache memory going wrong after several consecutive games.
