Well I kind of figured it was for testing when I saw it had TEST in the name. I was curious what exactly was being tested, unless that isn't supposed to be made known yet.

It's literally just an exact copy of the map that DR uses to test for bugs before major patches. It also happens to function (accidentally) as a fail over if something happens to main mafia map.
