Well there is your problem.. if ya gonna use same name over and over, ya gotta make it nice and flashy to get the doctors attention or the MMs attention.
Try this one, it works wonders:

It's bad to use the same name. I used to do that, then after 50 or so games, I was always checked and killed n1. If I was town, I'd die; if I was scum, town immediately knew.
So I stopped doing that.
