Banks get reset, any way to get points/wins back?

I was around 2700-2800 points and 130ish wins. My hard drive was wiped, and my bank reset. Is there any way to get those back, or do I have to earn them again?

Okay. I attached my bank file. I don't have the old one from before the wipe.
I had around 2800 points, 120-130 wins, and all classes but amnesiac, lookout, and veteran won. (if you can restore that).
If you doubt my sincerity, I could get some people from the channel to vouch for me.
