Type: -steal during the night, choose a target to steal 1 use of its ability.

Uses: 2,3?

Example:
Stealing from a Vigilante/Mafioso you get 1 bullet to kill someone.
Stealing from a Citizen/Survivor obtaining 1 shield.

Maybe: (not sure about this)
Stealing one alert from a Veteran?
Stealing one heal from a Doctor?

Sheriff: This person a thief?
Investigator: This person appears to be a thief but might also be a framer?

Goal: Survive till the end.
