Locksmith
Town: Sup/Adv
Description : You are a Locksmith, in charge of repairing and changing the locks of your fellow townsmen.
Abilities:
Change the lock of a person at night. They cannot leave their house, thus they cannot be visited, nor can they visit somebody that night (essentially a roleblock + immunity)
Special Attributes:
- If your target is alive, you have to repair the lock, this takes 1 night to do, when you can't use your ability.
- Suicide (even Jester lynch caused suicide) and Arsonist burn still work on the person that had their lock changed.
Options:
- Can target self: On/Off (Default: On)
Action description (received by the target): You tried to leave your house, but you noticed that none of your keys work, so you decided to call up the local locksmith to get them fixed the next day.
Investigator message: Your target is adept a tusing their quick fingers. They might be either a locksmith or a Pickpocket.
Operation order: Repairing the lock isn't an ability, so it should be first in turn of events at night, so that said person can be visited/killed by anyone and use his ability nonetheless. Changing the lock should be the first thing to happen at night aswell.
Goal: Lynch every criminal and evildoer.
Pick Pocket
Sup/Adv, or Basic/Sup
Description: You are a young thief, blessed with swift hands.
Abilities:
Steal the ID and Housekeys of 1 Person. That night, your target will appear as a citizen, and will not be able to use their ability.
Special Attributes:
If your target is alive the next day, he’ll file a complaint about a pickpocket. You won’t be able to use your ability the next day as the police will be searching for you at day.
Action description (received by the target): When you finally got home, you couldn’t find your ID and your Keys. You won’t be able to do anything tonight.
Investigator message: Your target is adept a tusing their quick fingers. They might be either a Locksmith or a Pickpocket.
Operation order: Before the locksmith. (Pickpocket -> Locksmith -> Jailor -> rest)
Copycat
Benign/Advanced
Description: You are a copycat, striving to be like your idol.
Abilities:
- Choose 1 person the first night (if you don't, you'll randomly get assigned 1 person).
- You gain the same ability as that person. (exception : You don't get the Mayors ability)
Special Attributes:
- You are not told the alignment of your rolemodel, only his ability.
- You win if your rolemodel's faction wins.
Options:
Excluded from randoms : On/Off (Default : Off)
Comments : I think the locksmith and the pickpocket should have an ability like the jailor does, writing –lock or –pick to choose their target at day, thus giving them priority for their night ability.
