    Role: Death or Grim Reaper

    Death
    Alignment: Neutral

    Invulnerable at night.

    Ability: Soul Harvest
    -Target one person at night. If they die the next day (from being attacked last night or being lynched) then you harvest their soul. Collect 1/3rd of the max player's souls to win (rounded up).

    must survive to the end (on/off) default: off

    At first you might say: "but what impact does he have on the game? What stops him from saying day 1 "i am death, i dont do anything evil to anyone so dont lynch me"?

    Well, he is also an executioner of sorts. Since guessing who dies each night is no exact science, he is going to have a lot of targeted people who survived to the die. This encourages him to attempt to get them lynched (which is generally bad for town).


    There is also the fact that since he is immune at night, he could be a gf or sk pretending to be death in order to avoid lynching.

    And he attempts to visit those that die, which could lead to lookouts/detectives wanting his head.


    As for playing him, I believe that both the educated guess/predictive aspect as well as the executioner aspect are both fun parts to the role.


    I would suggest that for an invest message you split up the loners and pair him with one of them. Perhaps do Witch/Surv=loner and amnes/death=strange.

    Well, I do love neutrals so I guess. It would take some strategy to figure out who is going to get killed that night

    Funny role.

    Not sure if 1/3 is too much, might need to try first.

    However, target lasting until the next day only might be too difficult. A few early fails and you lose. How about lasting longer, say 2-3 days?

    Meh, in that case, make it last whole game and 1/2 dead or something... a role who wants to delay the game from ending and gets maximum deaths.

    Remember that a 14 player game will last only around 5 days? Almost 2 kills per night. With that in mind, 1/3 means 4-5 correct guesses, equating to a correct guess every night, which is nigh impossible. How about 1/4 rounding down?

    For a 14 player game, rounding up|down
    1/3 = 4|5
    1/4 = 3|4
    1/5 = 2|3

    For a 13 player game, rounding up|down
    1/3 = 4|5
    1/4 = 3|4
    1/5 = 2|3

    For a 12 player game, rounding up|down
    1/3 = 4|4
    1/4 = 3|3
    1/5 = 2|3

    For a 11 player game, rounding up|down
    1/3 = 3|4
    1/4 = 2|3
    1/5 = 2|3

    10-12 ppl = 3
    13-15 ppl = 4
    OR make his ability count for an entire day (chooses at night, if target gets lynched his soul still gets harvested)
