    3 - Investigation Parings


    • Your Target appear to be a laborer of Rapture... They may be a Denizen (Citizen), but they may also be Andrew Ryan (Godfather), Atlas (Revolutionary Leader), or a Jester.
    • Your Target appears to collect information. They may be a Sheriff, Investigator, but may also be an Consigliere, or Executioner.
    • Your target owns a wide variety of weapons. They may be a Vigilante or Jailor, but he may also be a Mafioso or Enforcer.
    • Your Target appears to have great knowledge of ADAM. They may be Doctor or Armorsmith, but may also be Serial Killer or Spree Killer.
    • Your Target reeks of death. They may be Coroner, Janitor, or Grave Robber.
    • Your target likes spending time with people at night. They may be a Bus Driver, Mason, Escort, or Consort.

    5 -Areas and Effects:

    Each night the citizens of rapture will move to a different area of the city. These areas correspond believed safe-zones during the anarchy. Some of these areas will have different effects on your performance as indicated below. These areas are selected randomly.


    • Kashmir Restaurant - Normal
    • Neptune's Bounty - Normal
    • Fort Frolic - Investigative roles may select 2 targets if they choose, They will receive both answers but not which is which.
    • Arcadia - Normal
    • Medical Pavilion - Protective roles (Doctor / Bodyguard) may select 2 targets.
    • Olympus Heights - Normal
    • Point Prometheus - Night Will last 1/2 Normal Time
    • Farmer's Market - Normal
    • Dionysus Park - Normal
    • Apollo Square - Night Immunities (Both Investigative and Survival) are null and void


    Night Zero will take place in the Kashmir Restaurant.

    6 -Rules and Code of Conduct

    The game begins on night Zero (24 hours). No night actions will occur at this time. All players must check in (log in/post) during day one (48 hours) or the first half of the extended night one (Night one is 48 hours). If you fail to make contact over this time you will be replaced with a reserve. No exceptions.

    [*] No living players may participate in M-FM or S-FMs concurrently with this FM.
    [*] No Private Messages / Rep Messages
    [*] No COM Identity Hunting (You can reveal yourself if you want.. but I will replace you if you lead Meta-game bullshit)
    [*] Do not send me a PM with anything other than your FM account.
    [*] No quoting PM's. Ever.
    [*] No autoplay music. There will be music on the first page of day and night.
    [*] No direct quoting Jail chat. Or Roughly-paraphrasing EVERY SINGLE LINE.
    [*] You may not change your Avatar after night two.
    [*] You cannot post images, videos or links in the Day/Night Chats. You may use them in last wills. [There are game breaking reasons behind this]
    [*] If you have a Hidden name. You may not reveal it.
    [*] You cannot use any kind of code unless it's approved by me first. Code words or words formed by the first letter in a sentence/paragraphs are fine.

    7 - Frequently Asked Questions


    Who is Immune to Investigation?
    [*]Andrew Ryan is completely immune to Investigation. (Not Suspicious to Sheriff/Denizen to Investigator). He can be followed by detectives and seen by lookouts.
    [*]Sheriffs can only find Mafia and Revolutionists (including Atlas).
    [*]Sheriffs cannot find Neutral Killing Roles.


    Can the Jailor Execute Night 2?
    Yes, but whether it is a good idea is debatable.


    Can the Witch self-target?
    The Witch can cause a player to target themselves. Or make a player target the witch (himself).


    Is Jailing a Role Block?
    Jailing is a COMPLETE role block.


    Are Doctors notified if their target was attacked
    Yes

    9 - Role Cards

    If a role is not in the dedicated set up, you will only see their abilities here. You will not see their entire role card until the end of the game or until they are dead. All Mafia and Neutrals have Hidden Storyline Names. For Balance, their regular role names will be used for Investigations.

    Death Notes: Any evil role with a killing ability (Mafia, SK/Spree Killer, Arsonist, or Ninja with killing powers) may choose to leave a Death Note on their target. To do this, add "death note TEXT" next to your kill command, either via PM.

    Ryan Industries
    Spoiler : Andrew Ryan :
    - Each night you may target a player to kill.

    - As the Leader of Rapture. While you live you may override all actions by your staff.
    - You are immune to detection
    - You will survive the first attack made against you.

    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including the Refugees, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.


    Spoiler : Sullivan :
    – Each night you may investigate a Target. Discovering a clue about their role.
    - Your targets role pairings will be revealed to you.

    Fontaine Enterprises

    Spoiler : Yi Suchong :
    – Each night you may target a player each night and drug them. Giving them a false night result.

    You may select one of the following messages to show the target:

    Ability has unlimited uses.

    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including the Refugees, Ryan Industries, and any killing neutrals.

    Spoiler : Peach Wilkins (Framer) :
    – You have a keen eye for detail. Each night you may target a player. Either planting suspicious evidence on an unsuspecting player or conceal a teammate as another role to investigative roles for the night.

    • Can target self
    • You are not immune to detection (unless ability is used on self)
    • Concealing will affect investigators and Sheriffs.
    • Concealing may choose any investigative pairing.


    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including the Refugees, Ryan Industries, and any killing neutrals.



    Potential Hidden Mafia Roles:

    Spoiler : Consigliere :
    – Each night you may investigate a target. Discovering a clue about their role.

    • Your targets role pairings will be revealed to you.
    • Does not replace Godfather

    Spoiler : Consort :
    – Each night you may target one player at night. Role blocking any night action.

    • NOT immune to role blocks.
    • You will not be notified if block was successful

    Spoiler : Disguiser :
    – One use ability to disguise as another player. Your original body will be cleaned.

    • Can be sent for the kill before and after his disguise action, but he cannot double kill on his own.

    Spoiler : Drug Dealer :
    – Each night you may target a player each night and drug them. Giving them a false night result.

    You may select one of the following messages to show the target:

    • Attacked and Healed
    • Role Blocked
    • Swapped
    • Witched


    Ability has unlimited uses.

    Spoiler : Enforcer :
    – Each night you may target a player each night and prevent their role from changing.


    • This can prevent Citizens from becoming Masons
    • This can prevent Citizens from becoming Revolutionist
    • This can prevent an Amnesiac from remembering a role
    • This can prevent a Student taking his mentor's role.

    Spoiler : Framer :
    – Each night you may target a player. The player will appear to be a member of one of the mafia factions to sheriff.

    • You are not immune to detection.

    Spoiler : Grave Robber :
    – Each night you may target a dead player each night gaining their ability.


    • If you choose to use your stolen abilities you may not rob a dead player that night.
    • You gain two charges of whichever ability you gain.
    • You will be blocked if coroner selects the same body that night.
    • The following roles cannot be robbed: Citizen, Mason, Journalist, Jester, jailor, Executioner, Revolutionary Leader, Ghost, Serial killer, Amnesiac, Student, Revolutionist, Survivor, Ninja, and Disguiser. Any other killing role will result in one charge.

    Spoiler : Janitor :
    – You may target any player at night. If you visit a player that was killed that night. The body will be cleaned. Hiding their role and last will.

    • You are limited to 2 successful cleanings.

    Spoiler : leadhead splicer :
    – Each night you may vote to kill a player, and be sent to kill a player.



    Neutrals

    Spoiler : Atlas (Revolutionary Leader) :
    – Your are a Man of the Downtrodden..or so it seems. You words inspire the weak to follow. For them to rebel and destroy. With the dream that it will be THEY who rebuild.

    • Each night you may target a prospective player with Propaganda. Only Denizens will be receptive, and become Revolutionaries.
    • When Revolutionary Team reaches three living members you may target one player to kill per night.
    • If you select a mason, mafia, or killing neutral. They will be notified they were visited, but no by who.
    • You will survive the first attack made against you.


    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including the Refugees, Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.


    Spoiler : Jack (Ninja) :
    – Each night you may target a player to steal their night action. When successful, their ability will be permanently added to your command list. The following nights, you may either choose to steal again or use one of your stolen abilities.

    • Targeting an Armorsmith or Bodyguard will grant you night immunity for that night. It won't grant any permanent ability.
    • Targeting a Bus Driver will swap you randomly with another player. It won't grant any permanent ability.
    • The following roles will give no ability: Citizen, Mason, Journalist, Jester, Executioner, Revolutionary Leader, Revolutionist, Ghost, Grave Robber, Amnesiac, Student, Survivor, Ninja, and Disguiser.


    Objective: You Must Survive to the end, and participate in the deaths of all Refugees. You may side with any non-town faction.


    Potential Hidden Neutral Roles:
    Spoiler : Amnesiac :
    – You may select a MAFIA role from the graveyard and become that role.

    • You may do this at any time, including the board meeting.


    • If that role has charges, you will receive the amount of charges they had remaining (minimum: 1).
    • Andrew Ryan cannot be selected.
    • Amnesiac may win with anyone if no role is selected.

    Spoiler : Arsonist :
    – Each night you may douse a target with gasoline.

    • You will survive the first attack made against you.
    • Target does not know they are doused.
    • You may use Incinerate! or douse additional targets the following night

    Spoiler : Executioner :
    – You have no abilities.

    • Target is always town.
    • Executioner will automatically suicide due to his target dying at night.


    • You are not immune at night.

    Spoiler : Ghost :
    – You have no abilities while alive.

    • Your objective is to die, and ensure the faction that killed you loses.


    • Once killed, you will be given the name and Faction of the person who killed you.
    • If lynched, the hammer vote will be your target.
    • You may then possess any player (excluding your killer) for the duration of their day and talk and vote as they would.

    Spoiler : Jester :
    – Each night you may visit a player at night. Your objective is to be lynched.

    • If no action is sent. A player will be randomly selected.
    • They will not be notified.
    • If you are lynched. You may select one person who did not vote to remove you to taste your concealed weapon.
    • Jester kill ignores any healing, protection or invulnerability.

    Spoiler : Revolutionist :
    – Once a simple citizen of Rapture. You have taken the words of Atlas to heart, and will try to take the city back under his vision.

    • There must be a total of three living Revolutionists to make a kill.

    Spoiler : Serial Killer :
    – You may chose to Rampage. Which will resulting in targeting THREE players for death. The following night you may take no action.

    • You will survive the first attack made against you.

    Spoiler : Spree Killer :
    – Each night you may target any player, and kill any players that target that player that night.

    • You will survive the first attack made against you.

    Spoiler : Student :
    – At any point. You may select a player to be your mentor.

    • Your objective is your mentor's objective.
    • After selecting a mentor. Their role will be revealed to you, and they will be notified.
    • You and your mentor will have a private night chat.
    • If your mentor dies, you become their role without exception.

    Spoiler : Witch :
    – Each night you may manipulate a player using hypnotize. Controlling their night actions.

    • You may target yourself.
    • You may make a player target himself.
    • Target will be informed of your witching attempt.



    Town

    Spoiler : Investigator :
    – Each night you may investigate a Target. Discovering a clue about their role.

    • Your targets role pairings will be revealed to you.


    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including Atlas' Revolutionaries, Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.

    Spoiler : Sheriff :
    – Each night you may investigate a Target. Discovering if they are aligned with Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, or Atlas' Revolutionists.

    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including Atlas' Revolutionaries, Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.

    Spoiler : Doctor :
    – Each night you may select one player to protect from a night attack.

    • Your target is not notified that he has been healed unless attacked.
    • You will only notified if heal is successful.


    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including Atlas' Revolutionaries, Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.

    Spoiler : Mason :
    – As a member of the Saturnine you have a deep love of nature. Ryan has restricted your tree-hugging ways. You find friends among the Refugees.

    • Each night you may target a player to visit, and leave a pamphlet. If player is a denizen they will join you the following night, and be notified.
    • If your target is a member of Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, Atlas, or a Killing Neutral. You will be brutally murdered on the spot.
    • If your target is a member of the Revolutionaries, and they have 3+ members. You will kill each other. If they have 2 members you will learn each others identities.


    Objective: You must kill all members of Rapture that oppose you. Including Atlas' Revolutionaries, Ryan Industries, Fontaine Enterprises, and any killing neutrals.



    Potential Hidden Town Roles (Not Shown Above):

    Spoiler : Armorsmith :
    –Each night you may give a player an armored shell plasmid that may be used to protect them from death. may use it the next night or any following night until used.You may give more than one vest to the same player.
    • Player receiving the plasmid may use it the next night or any following night until used.
    • You may give more than one plasmid to the same player.

    Spoiler : Bathysphere Operator :
    – Swap two players positions that night. Swapping the night actions of each player.

    • Players will be informed they have been switched.
    • Cannot target self.

    Spoiler : Bodyguard :
    – Each night you may choose to protect another player. If your target is attacked, you will prevent the attack, and die in your target's place.

    • You will also kill the attacker in a duel.
    • Does NOT ignore healing, protections and night immunity.

    Spoiler : Coroner :
    – Check one dead player each night

    • You will receive their last will, all players they targeted, and their role if they were cleaned.
    • Grave Robbers will be unsuccessful if they target the same corpse.

    Spoiler : Denizen :
    – You have escaped the Kashmir massacre. You must rely on your mob mentality and distrust to lynch people who frighten you.

    • You have the power of the vote.

    Spoiler : Detective :
    – Each night you may follow a player. Observing any of their actions.

    • If your target is framed, you will receive false information.
    • If your target is Atlas. You will not be able to track their movements.

    Spoiler : Escort :
    – You may target one player at night. Role blocking any night action.

    • NOT immune to role block.
    • You will not be notified if block was successful.

    Spoiler : Gunsmith :
    – Each night you may select a player. Awarding them a one shot pistol to protect themselves with.

    • Player receiving Pistol may use it the next night or any following night until used.
    • You may give more than one gun to the same player.

    Spoiler : Jailor :
    – Each day you may select a player to jail. You will be able to speak anonymously to that player at night. Deciding to execute or release them.

    • Jailor execution ignores any healing, protection or invulnerability.
    • Will be able to jail regardless of lynching.
    • Can only execute only after no-lynch days.
    • You are limited to two executions.
    • Your captive will NOT have additional jail immunity.
    • Your captive will be role blocked.
    • Jailing blocks any night chats.

    Spoiler : Journalist :
    – Each day you may select a player to interview. That night they may write an anonymous message that will be revealed the following day.

    Spoiler : Lookout :
    – Each night you may select a player to watch while they sleep. Observing any visitors that night.

    • If your target is visited by Atlas. You will not be notified.

    Spoiler : Veteran :
    – You may choose to stay awake during the night with a shotgun. Shooting anyone who comes near you.

    • Limited to three nights.
    • Veteran kills do NOT ignore healing, protections, and night immunities.
    • When you have an active alert, you will block all incoming actions towards you (including bus driving, role blocking, witching and stealing).

    Spoiler : Vigilante :
    – With your weapon. It is your mission to protect the Refugees of Rapture.

    • You may not target a player until night Two.
    • You may only perform one shot per day/night cycle.
    • Shots do NOT ignore healing, protections, and immunities.
    • Day shot will not be announced if they fail to kill their target.
    • The Vigilante will receive a notification that he failed to kill his target. This will not indicate if they were healed or immune.
