    Lightbulb Citizen Variations

Role: Citizen Classic | Citizen Defender
Abilities: Allowed 1 Vest | Wins Ties against mafia
Description: This is your classic citizen. Nothing new here.

    Role: Citizen Soldier
    Abilities: Allowed 1 Kill
Description: This citizen is simply allowed 1 kill and one kill only.

    Role: Citizen Mailman
Abilities: Allowed 2 deliveries of another person's last will.
Description: So this role can select one player to take a copy of their will and send it to another player who can see it once night ends. He will not know who the will is from or the person delivering the will.

    Role: Citizen Prankster
Abilities: Force visitors to use their ability on themselves once.
Description: For one night only, the prankster can have anyone who visits him use their own ability on themselves. So if a doctor visits the prankster, the dcotor would heal themselves.

    Role: Citizen Employer
Abilities: Converts any citizen role to escort, busdriver, or doctor.
Description: This role can take any citizen variation role and basically give them either escort, busdriver, or doctor. The role is random that they recieve.

    Role: Citizen Grandma
Abilities: Delivers baked goods to players at night. (See Description)
Description: This citizen can deliver baked goods to a player at night. By doing this you will reveal your in game name to that player and they will know you are the grandma. You can only use this ability twice. If you the grandma is killed at night, the killer AND anyone else who visited the grandma that night will be role-blocked for the next night.

    Why variations of citizens?
Greater chance of seeing Mason Leader in games which is a role that isn't used nearly enough as it should. These roles all follow citizen guidelines and can be coverted by Mason Leader at anytime. This may also allow more fun and interesting Mason vs Cult games as setups may now contain more citizens than before. Cult can covert many roles, but all mason leader could convert was the lone citizen. With more variations, the Mason Leader can possibly have more options at converting.

Any new role options in saves?
Yes, if something like this was to be implemented, I think that there should be an option for Random Citizen so that the role would select one of these fine people listed above.

    Special Notes?
Ummmm...bringing empowerment to the citizens! By the people for the people! Seriously though, we need more games with more citizens, so lets get some citizens that are less "dull" I guess that causes immediate rage when someone finally gets the role.

If all roles must be town/basic to be classified as a citizen then so be it, but if possible, I would like to see the Mailman/Prankster/Employer as basic advance.

Thoughts, Suggestions, or Improvements are appreciated!

Meh, decent idea but citizens were made to balance the game.

Also when recruited into Masonry do they still have their ability? That would be insanely OP.

Citi soldier ? For me must be a role apart , anyway, your ideas are good ( finally the citi isn' t anymore cannon fodder ) : i have this suggestion :
make the "mytomaniac" variant of citi , who work like thath : can do a "search " action and get a evil role AND a random name of a person , if thath person is effectviely a evil role, discovered by lynch or inv , the mytomanic can do it again , if not, he lost forever his ability.
Dumb cit , who can win even with witch and finally , my favorite : the schizofrenich , who cna type -personality for get the charts and the name of a town role , howrwerer , the "schizo" role can do the role abilites once inmthe game

Perhaps and by no means are these official roles. The most important thing is the idea and thought of having different citizens. However, you could see the cit soldier as a vigil with less shorts OR maybe a vigil replacement in a save that includes a Mason Leader.

what the heck is the grandma useful for anyway?
At the very minimum, she can reveal herself to two players to confirm herself as town with the potiential to RB an attacker. These are not meant to be full fleshed out roles. Just citizen roles who can do other things than put on a single vest. Nothing major.

    My apologies.

I have posted here with many of my ideas to get a mass opinion and if it seems like a good idea then I post in the R & D. I don't want to put any non popular / trash ideas in there.

I figured I would post out here get common feedback and tweak my suggestion and if I the masses tend to like it, then I would post it if I felt it was ready / good idea.

I have posted ideas that people have not been fond of and I am one to respect everyone (well most) opinions.

I'll be sure to include my ideas in the R&D forum.

Side Note @Creed: I did submit my houses and points idea and the death description / camera angles and that was approved. ^_^

Definitely one way to look at it.

I guess my idea was to find a way to get more citizens into games. I think it would encourage the use of more Mason Leaders. It would also help condense town saves that have like all that OPness:

    Sheriff
    Investigator
    Doctor
    Vigilante
    Veteran
    Jailor
    Mayor
    etc...

Yeah, but if you did multiple roles like that you would have to further expand the ML's role card with all the roles it can recruit. By doing this there are no changes needed as all of the newer roles are in the same category of citizen.
