Points reset? Post replay here

I came on today and joined a game of Mafia, But when I went to change my appearence ect, It showed me what someone with 0 points would have. So I checked help to see how many points I had and it said 0 T_T. I had about 11000 and it's the 2nd time my points have been reset.
As for the achievements, I could care less.

A replay is needed for proof, and to prevent future resets you should back up your banks.

I had to reinstall my windows due to some problems, and didn't know that once you reinstall windows, you lose all your points... I didn't save the "Bank" so I lost all my points. (Also - don't know, but when I came back now I had to register another ranking name. I used another one, does that matter?). I really don't know from where to get a picture or anything about that... I know the last thing I unlocked was the "Officers Hat" which is at 3.1k If I remember right. Isn't it possible without that darn ranking picture?
