I had to reinstall my windows due to some problems, and didn't know that once you reinstall windows, you lose all your points... I didn't save the "Bank" so I lost all my points. (Also - don't know, but when I came back now I had to register another ranking name. I used another one, does that matter?). I really don't know from where to get a picture or anything about that... I know the last thing I unlocked was the "Officers Hat" which is at 3.1k If I remember right. Isn't it possible without that darn ranking picture?

Unfortunately we require a replay to restore points :/ If you've ever reported someone that replay would suffice.

I had a point reset today due to hardware malfunctions. I was at around 5100 points. I play US East, if that matters, my Mafia ID and my SC2 ID are both Gyrolin .

Last Point Game Gyrolin.SC2Replay This replay is the last save where I had my points. Although I cannot find an exact moment where someone pulls up the help menu. It is obvious I have over 5,000 points, because I am using a color altered name.

The reset occurred because my computer died while a game was loading. I noticed it in the next game and it asked me to enter my ID which I did, but it just reset everything. Please fix this.

**** EDIT: Forget that other save... This -Mafia- (2).SC2Replay save is earlier but has the data you seek. If you follow Sammy, player 6, at around 14:54 he will open the help menu.

We do not have any replays of you in the database, if you want a manual point restore, you'll need to upload a replay proving the amount of points you have.
If you have your bank files intact, you can follow this guide(backing up bank files) https://www.sc2mafia.com/forum/showth...ation-and-tips to help you transfer your points to a new computer.
