Endgame Sk wins over Jailor with execution?

Well, yesterday i've noticed something.

In the Game Arsonist, Serial Killer and me(remembered jailor) were left.
At Day, we lynched the Arsonist. Then the Serial Killer won, BUT:

I still had one execution left, so if i could have jailed the SK at night he couldnt have killed me but i could have executed him. So theoretically If the last 2 alive are Jailor(who has still one execution left) and whatever evil role, the jailor should win over the evil role. The setting that SK kills roleblockers was off.

What do you say?

If a day ever starts and it's 1v1, the game will end regardless of what roles are left.

Plus, since that Arsonist was lynched, you couldn't jail.
Meaning, the SK would've killed you at night.

Yea but really, in any situation where morning comes and it's 1v1...
SK > Arson (unless options state otherwise) > Mafia > Cult > Town > Witch

Arson wins over SK by default, but there is an option that lets SK win over Arson
And witch wins over solo town.
Arson > SK > Mafia > Cult > Witch > Town is correct. (Single citizen beats a single mafia though)

My biggest pet peeve is when it's 2v1 going into night.

Mafia kills Random Town
leaving a Mayor and Mafia, auto ending the game with mafia winning.

Technically Witch is place with the mafia, although Witch wins with all the roles so where it is doesn't particularly matter. :P
