If a cult and mafia visit your target, Would both get blocked, since only the mafia is counted as a kill, or will one happen over the other?

I think it will heal the kill but not the conversion.
Not exactly sure about this one.

Cult conversion is either the very last or second to last thing in the OOP, kills come much earlier.
