I guess let me vent a little first, but [MENTION=3152]Nighthawk[/MENTION] it would be better to not be an asshole. You could have picked your words better but saying "XTK has one of the worst win ratios I've ever seen" could have been worded a lot better. Saying this statement lost all respect I previously had for you.

Anyways, I will explain what happened to the best of my knowledge and I will try to not be biased.
Yes, XBG and I know each other. She actually made the name after I made my account. As some proof that these are not smurf accounts, if you look at ladder seasons, my account, I have hit Masters before. Yes, it was a long time ago but I actually have played.
When I play Mafia, I usually alt tab in between games (Mafia is quite slow for my tastes) This game, what happened was that my starcraft client actually crashed. This really pissed me off because it was a town win.

There's a few points I would like to bring up.
1. IF I were smurfing, why would I cheat that blatantly(after that many played games IF I was smurfing/cheating to win at Mafia, you would think I would have a better way of hiding it)
2. When I play bus driver, honestly to me, it's too confusing so I usually end up bussing one person. I KNEW that XBG was -prefer dragon head because she ALWAYS uses that name. I was honestly just fucking with her cuz I hate how bus driver works.
3. We don't skype but we do live together. We have our computers blocking each other's screen so that we aren't "cheating"

I understand WHY that game specifically seemed like an intentional game throw. To be honest I don't even care that much about Mafia but being banned something that isn't true just bothers me.
With all of the games that XBG and I have played together, we have gotten some accusations of skyping because of similar names. We always try to make sure that doesn't happen. She enjoys the game a lot and I just like playing sometimes.

In conclusion, I believe the permaban is uncalled for and is not deserved. I also feel that no ACTUAL proof was provided (other than random assumptions). If you watch MOST of my other games. I always play the same. Very slow and boring. I don't really do much unless I have hard facts.
