To be blunt I do feel that our military is much larger than it needs to be. If you paid any attention to politics over the last few years you would know that there are monstrous budget cuts going into effect over the next few years. Our military got this way because the Americans that want peace and a small government have not done much to change the situation over the last 30 years until the tea party came along. I bet you could spend hours bitching on a forum but you won't take the time to go vote for what you believe in.

Really to be on topic I could give a flying fuck about who makes money how or what injustices are caused from war. You don't really sound like you have any idea what your talking about with loose accusations and fabricated statics any ways. What I am saying is how does any of our nations political bullshit or peoples reaction by calling a service member a hero justify your bashing on service members? Do you have any clue how our military functions at all? There are literally people whose job in the army is to do laundry. I saw an air force guy in Al Asad that said his job was to drive a file truck. There was a marine that got transferred to my unit who had a job of running the PX (store).

I will say that I love how some of you sound so passionate about your opinions here but totally ignore the points I have made. While you are at it why not go bash on the mentally handicapped for taking disability checks instead of working a shovel. You won't because you are a coward voicing half formed opinions out of your ass because you thought it would be socially acceptable to do so. If you really cared about what you claim to your arguments would have some structure and at the very least would stay on topic.
